When you install Bulk Images Importer, we collect and store:
Your Shopify shop domain (e.g. your-store.myshopify.com)
Shopify session tokens required to authenticate API requests
Upload job metadata: total image counts, success/failure counts, and timestamps
We do not collect or store:
Customer personal information
Image file contents — images are streamed directly to Shopify and never written to our servers
Payment information
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected solely to:
Authenticate your session with Shopify
Track the status and results of your upload jobs
Display usage statistics within the app
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored on servers located in Sydney, Australia (Fly.io infrastructure).
4. Data Deletion
All data associated with your shop — including session tokens and job history — is permanently deleted when you uninstall the app from your Shopify store.
5. Third-Party Services
This app uses the Shopify Admin API to upload images to your store. Shopify's own Privacy Policy governs data processed through their platform.
